Justina is an experienced Inforce Services Administrator with over 10 years in the insurance industry. She specializes in managing existing life insurance policies, working closely with advisors, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure policy changes and service requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Having completed the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), Justina is committed to delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships through her professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.

Rachel McCreath is a Licensed Office Manager at BMI Advisory Services Ltd. and has been working in the life insurance industry since 2017. Based in Toronto, Ontario, she is licensed to provide life insurance in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Rachel specializes in life insurance, living benefits, and client service, guiding clients through every stage of the insurance process. From preparing quotes and applications to coordinating underwriting requirements, she is dedicated to making the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

She has extensive experience working with Canada's leading insurance carriers, including Assumption Life, iA Financial Group, RBC, BMO, Empire Life, and Equitable Life. Known for her attention to detail and responsive communication, Rachel is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her Golden Retriever, exploring local parks, and making the most of life in Toronto.
