Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are resolved in one conversation. Concerns about an insurance policy can also be raised through the issuing insurer's complaint process. If you remain unsatisfied about a life or health insurance matter, the OmbudService for Life and Health Insurance (olhi-oap.ca) provides a free, independent review service. Information about protection for life insurance policyholders is available from Assuris (assuris.ca). You can verify advisor licensing with your provincial insurance regulator, such as the Insurance Council of British Columbia.
